Jesse Madison, CEO + Founder

Jesse’s fascination with fiber optics began in 2001 with flying cameras. The cameras you’ve seen flying over live sports and entertainment events for the last 3 decades all run on fiber optics. That knowledge was gained on shows like Monday Night Football and Sunday Night Football, where fiber optics are a critical piece to the puzzle. Once the rest of the industry started catching up, that unique knowledge created the opportunity to form this company. That journey has lead to inventing new products, venue installation and maintenance, manufacturing, product sales, training and more.
Justin Schwartzbauer

Justin is the lead design engineer, drawing the blueprints and prototyping our new cutting-edge fiber equipment. Justin is also our lead Fiber installation technician. He has over two decades of experience as a recording and live audio technician, contributing to major label record releases, sports television broadcasts, and as a FOH sound mixer. He even won an Emmy for some TV work! Justin’s design expertise spans electronic system design, from high-end analog audio processors to advanced FPGA projects; and programming for embedded digital systems, DSP algorithms and sometimes the occasional indie video game.
Jamie Mansfield

Jamie is our Operations Manager and a BICSI Certified Fiber Tech. He simplifies the complexities of fiber optics, creating seamless and reliable connections—both literally and figuratively. Jamie takes pride in ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch performance for our clients. With experience in warehouse management, he also oversees the distribution of all fiber-related materials.
