    If you'd like a formal estimate and would like to send a PO, no problem! When you are ready to purchase, we will send you an online invoice and you can pay by card, ACH or bank transfer.

  • We are committed to making sure you are 100% happy with your purchases from The Fiber Guy.

    Typically we can do returns within 30 days of purchase. Custom built items/cables are non-returnable unless it arrives damaged. Some returns may require a restocking fee.

    If you need to make a return, reach out and we will do everything we can to make your experience a good one.

  • We will handle warranty logistics for all of our custom built products or The Fiber Guy branded products.

    For any other warranty issues, just let us know the problem! If we can't address it directly, we'll guide you to the right resources to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • We offer rush orders in situations when we have the opportunity to push your order to the head of the line, such as custom builds.

    Rush order fees are typically 25% of the order price.
