We offer comprehensive evaluation and repair services for all types of cables. Whether your cable is damaged or simply needs measurement and evaluation, our expert team can help.
Our process
To get started, we will ask that you to fill out our evaluation and repair form so that we understand the type of cable, length, and the symptoms you are experiencing.
Then we will have your send your cable to us so we can do a bench evaluation. There is a small bench assessment fee for this step. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date once payment is received.
Once evaluated, we will present you with a diagnosis, repair options, and an estimate. If you don't want us to repair the cable at this point, no problem!
After the repair we will ship the cable back, guaranteed to be good as new.
We offer rush services upon request to meet your urgent needs (please ask for availability).
